About the Author

Derek lives in Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire. He is married and has a daughter and two stepsons. His wife, Amanda, is his inspiration. Interested in music since his teens, he was a member of an embryonic 1960s’ band eclipsed by the birth of the disco. He still regularly plays electric and acoustic guitars across a wide genre of music. Derek has built himself a reputation for high quality written work. The Point of No Return is his second novel.
