Discreet Madness is written as a murder mystery, and the killer’s identity is not revealed until over half way through the novel. Suspense and terror are mixed with horror and fear as evil lives and exists in the most innocent and unexpected place.
The stalker, Romeo, lives in a small community where suddenly you are stalked, and you have no idea of the stalker’s identity. Imagine the madness and evil of his acts, and you are on a journey with him that you can not escape. His violent acts delight and satisfy him. He knows no limits, no restrictions. A small town in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula is terrorized with the discovery that a killer is living in their midst. It they did not believe in the existence of evil before, they are now convinced that evil lives among them. Fear and frustration permeate the community. About the Author
Alison Clarey is a surgeon and pilot who incorporates her experiences and adventures in her writings. In this book, she writes about evil and how it exists in the most innocent and unexpected place. She is the author of two previous novels: Fatal Flight and Fatal Approach. A native of Michigan, she now resides in Ohio where she has an active surgical practice.
