About the Book

Laney the Cat was no different from any other cat. She enjoyed the comfort of a nice home and ruled like a queen. Curious, too, like other cats and it was this curiosity that lead to her leaving her lavish lifestyle. One night at half past ten, she fled out the back door. I searched for her throughout the night and for weeks. I soon realized that I had lost her forever. This story is about a lost cat… but is it really about my cat and did I lose her forever? Read it and discuss it with somebody who has lost someone.

El autor de este cuento tradujo al español su primer cuento, Gone Into the Night. Para él fue una necesidad de escribir este cuento también en español porque vio la necesidad de compartir este mensaje a otras familias. Jesús Muñoz es un autor que ha escrito su tercer libro. Él se graduó de la Universidad de Brigham Young y trabaja como un profesor de la escuela primaria en el Valle de Río Grande del sur de Tejas. Él y su esposa, Patricia, son padres de tres hijos, Jennifer, Julissa, y Jonathon. También abuelos de un nieto, Joshua Alexander. Jesús tiene otras ideas para otros libros y espera publicarlos en español. Jesús le da gracias a todos los que le ayudaron con las correcciones del manuscrito especialmente, Nefi y Consuelo.
