In the book The Great Wall of Forgetfulness, Dr. L. Steven Cheairs spins a story, which stretches across ages and from our present universe to another yet to be born.  The story centers on an individual's life in another time and place.  One who is driven to discover his roots and the source of is civilization.  Tam Smitt is a member of a people who have banished death and live without any of the problems of crime and violence we know.  This civilization is located in untold numbers of galaxies.  But, Tam's quest to learn the history of his people will lead him to much different human than he could ever imagine.

Steven Cheairs has a B.S. in Physics/Mathematics, M.S. and Ph.D. in engineering. Dr. Cheairs is the author of numerous articles, which have been printed, in various national publications. Dr. Cheairs spent 12 years as a microelectronics engineer and another 12 years as a software engineer. Dr. Cheairs current resides in Texas.
