About the Book

The romance for Sandra Lyon begins in California in the 1960s and 1970s. Her world involves travel, dog shows and horse shows until Bill Sage enters her life. She first finds him bleeding from a gunshot wound. He becomes part of her life with a Black and Tan Coonhound named Jennifer. Bill's connections to the US government and the fight against illegal drugs draw Sandra as an unwilling participant into international adventures and danger. A red Doberman named Dagger protects Sandra and takes her on a private jet to a drug bust.

Destiny leads her to Texas and more surprise encounters.

About the Author

I grew up in Canada, where I started training dogs and competing at shows and obedience trials at age 12. A major airline in the United States gave me the opportunity to travel throughout Europe, the Middle East and the Orient. During this time I became involved with several colorful international characters, and their web entangled me with a subculture of drugs and intrigue. I have trained dogs for police work as well as for show. I presently live in Texas, where I breed, train, hunt, show and judge Coonhounds.
