About the Author

Joan Blake, a former model and actress, is a playwright and poet. She lived in Montreal and North Hatley, Québec for many years and was co-founder of The Double Hook, an all-Canadian bookshop in Montreal. She now lives in North Carolina. Ms. Blake is a member of the Dramatists Guild of America.
