About the Book

This is Blanche Sachs 5th book, a collection of poems by her and daughter Deborah Sachs Barsky.

About the Author

Deborah Sachs Barsky has an AA degree in Baking and Pastry from the Baltimore International Culinary College. She won prizes for her pastries and for a chocolate cake. Blanche Sachs studied in French and American Schools. She acquired a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Southern Illinois University. She published a memoire titled “From Cairo to Carbondale and Beyond.” Additionally, she published five books of poetry. She won prizes for poetry. She was nominated “Poet of the Year” by the Baltimore, Maryland Poetry Group in Howard County.
