About the Author

Jeremiah L. Sweeney, who retired from IBM after thirty-five years, took a sabbatical in Mammoth Lakes, California, and now lives in Orange, California. He is a divorced widower with five adult children. His oldest son lives with his wife and family in Atlanta, Georgia; his oldest daughter lives with her husband in Santa Ana, California, and his youngest son lives with his wife in Cypress, California. His other single daughters live in California, one in Carmel Valley, and the other in Santa Barbara. Pass the Baton is a book of fiction, and Jeremiah’s first book.
