About the Book

This literary work is inspired by ‘God’ and talks to the hearts of little ‘black’ girls who sometimes feel “Different” as a result of their physical appearance. It allows for little girls to see themselves as more than what is depicted in some of the pictures or images in society. This rhythmic play of words reveals a message in each child’s ability to dream and go beyond the walls created with the realization that God is listening. The emphasis is on the power of dreams and the truth that lies in Gods manifestations of those dreams.

About the Author

Nathalie Day-Tolentino is a Caribbean born author who credits her love of writing to an intense yearning to empower, educate, and motivate. In her quest for the knowledge and spiritual healing of God she has been inspired to creatively express messages of hope, love and strength to encourage others. In many of her works, she seeks to remind her audience of the power of God in all things.
