About the Book

In the year 1955, few puritans of the city of Ra-Kedet had the courage to day-dream of comprehensive nationalistic and cultural reforms. These reforms were deemed essential to flame the spirits of our lost civilization. Although the fields were rocky and hostile, patiently and gently, they tended and watered the seeded thoughts to sprout abundant light which dissipated the darkness and ugliness of the time. Their genes carried the cultured melody of their ancestors, Philo, Athanasius, Cyril-I and master Dioscorous, the graduates of the University of Ra-Kedet. The words of their dreams germinated many roses in the profuse air of darkness which enveloped Egypt as the barbarians of 641 burned the library of the city of Ra-Kedet.

And why not? Very recently, in absolute peace, we Egyptians managed what the Persian failed to achieve for the past 35 years and in one year we did what took from a billion Chinese to accomplish in 16 years.
