This is Dr. Yves J. Jerome's controversial life's work art collection of Haiti's most revered artists.
From 300 pieces,of which 50 were stolen, 62 artworks are from Dr. Jerome's Voodoo Collection; cataloged here for viewing.
The Dr's artworks have been displayed in the Philadelphia's Black History Museum and celebrated by american artist Jamie Wyeth.
About the Author
Yves J. Jerome was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, in 1929. He attended the University of Haiti and graduated from the School of Medicine in 1955, training further in cardiovascular surgery at Montreal University. He became a citizen of the United States in 1973, and is currently practicing in Philadelphia. He is fluent in five languages.
