About the Author

FRANK MARVASTI is Professor of International Business & Marketing at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He has received his Ph.D. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. He is the author of a successful statistical software program (PC-Statistics). Prior to his tenure at Cal Poly Pomona, he was the Chair of the Department of Business Administration & Accounting at the University of Redlands in Redlands, California. He also has taught at the University of Victoria in Canada, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and Siena College of Albany
