About the Author

About the Author Myles Togo is a mild-mannered educator who transforms into his alter ego jai blaque, the poet and writer who uses poetry as his super power to inspire people and change. He holds a degree in History from Kean University and an Associates degree from Union County College. Myles works in the city of Newark, New Jersey as an eighth grade language arts and social studies teacher. However, by night, jai blaque performs as a spoken word artist and works as an aspiring writer. The new author currently resides in New Jersey.
