About the Author

My name is Charles T. Aguier. I was born in 1953, in Cleveland, Ohio. I have been married to my wife, Janet, for over 30 years. We have 2 adult sons, Tom and Greg. When my sons were small, I always enjoyed reading stories to them. Most of the stories that Tom and Greg seemed to enjoy were stories about trains, trucks, and cars. At that time, I worked for the City of Bedford, Ohio Service Department. There were not too many stories about city maintenance vehicles, so my working partner, Ed Barth and myself decided to write a children’s story about one of our favorite pieces of equipment, a street sweeper. I wrote the words to ‘Dusty’ and Edward did the art works. ‘Dusty’ is for children ages 6- 10 years, but can be enjoyed by people of all ages.... Charles T. Aguier
