About the Author

Minister Rhonda Gail Charity Heard is a former Christian Education Director from Clinton, MD. She is a clergywoman, teacher, author and poet. Minister Heard holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in English and Communication Arts from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, MD. She also holds a Masters of Public Administration in Health Services Administration from Southeastern University in Washington, DC. Minister Heard is an Honorary Doctor of Divinity, and an Ordained and Licensed Minister of The American Fellowship Church. Minister Heard has a Competent Toastmasters Certification from Toastmasters International in Public Speaking and Leadership Education. She also is a member of the Black Writers’ Association, and The American Association for Christian Counselors. Minister Heard enjoys writing, cooking, singing, and spending time with loved ones. She is a songwriter with Broadcast Music, Inc (BMI, performing rights organization) and Paramount.
