Lois Riggs Vincent was born in Illinois, earned a degree in chemistry at the state University, worked as a chemist in paint and plastics, married a fellow chemist, then became a successful real estate broker in Southern California. She now lives in Arizona where she has been active in amateur theater. A widow, she now pursues her first love, writing .
