About the Author

Beth Peterson has been the victim of an ultra-authority and has personally felt the inner workings of the dynamics. After regaining her personal freedom, she became a researcher, looking at ultra-authority from the outside and putting together the many factors which allow an individual to take such power over others. Ms Peterson, whose Master’s degree is in clinical psychology, has also worked with many individuals who have been affected by ultra-authorities. Currently, she acts as a peer counselor and informational resource, as well as continuing to be an active artist.
