About the Author

I am a retired Manufacturers Rep/Purchasing Manager. A student of philosophy, religion and poetry. My interests in life have been as a Little League & Babe Ruth Baseball coach/manager, an active participant in the world of Academia at the High School level and I have spent many years working with children in various capacities. I continued to do so, until I lost my only Son to a very sudden death, ergo, the book I have written, "A Sudden Silence, A Rage Within". In my search for help in trying to understand this terrible loss, I couldn't find any books that had ever been written that dealt with this particular type of loss. Many books have been written about children that died from a terminal illness, but none that dealt with the horrendous loss that takes a child instantly. It took me several years and a great deal of pain to write this book, but I felt someone had to do it, so I took it upon myself to try to fill that void. Here than is that book. If you have suffered such a loss or know of someone else who has, than this is the book for them to read.
