About the Book

This tale explores the emotional human side of an almost legendary heroic Biblical figure during his early years before he begins his great mission. Moses’ spiritual awakening comes only after struggle against temptations of Egyptian gods and court life, humiliations at the hands of Hebrews, and life-threatening adventures and love in Midian. He finally discovers and identifies the Presence in his life that has always been with him and will now lead him into the future. The story ends as he sets forth to Egypt to meet Aaron so that together they can obey God’s commands inspired by the Burning Bush.
