About the Author

My family is from the North Carolina area. I was born in Pennsauken, NEw Jersey on November 27, 1953. I went to college for two years at Temple University in Philadelphia, majoring in English. I have worked a variety of jobs, including farmwork, library and bookstore. I have published previously at Lorien House in Black Mountain, North Carolina, and MAF Press in Portlandville, New York. Both books were poetry books: “Solstice Poems” and “Raising The Stones.” I currently live in Lynwood, California in Los Angeles County. I have been writing poetry since college, and have had a number of publications in the little magazines.
