When you are sitting with so much spiritual food and have not been applying it in your life and letting it grow, it would hve been a disaster because when things go wrong, you don’t have the right equipment. To achieve healthy growth, we need nourishing; and if we had been getting it and applying it, we can expect to grow up healthy. But if we have poor eating habits, we will die spiritually. He wants us to apply what we learn when the bishop brings the message: change and grow, remember to achieve and believe on a daily basis to be able to have good substance to produce growth and exercise (Psalm 34:8-9-10).
