About the Book

Aini Niinkoti turned their life history in a book ” DIFFERENT WORLDS” of more than 100 pages with different photos. The book provides the silence history that had happened in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia. The book tells simply about how the Finnish forenames became Namibian forenames how Namibians understand the Finnish names and how they pronoun the names. The book includes right to use photos from Finnish local newspapers, from God parents and from Namibia. It explains more what makes some Namibians think that Finland is in Heaven and God is in Finland. It is the authors own points of views through life experiences with the influences of the two countries. The book will empower people to stand up for their own benefits, do things on their own, value themselves and make concrete decisions for their future lives.

About the Author

Aini Niinkoti is a Namibian born in Finland by Namibian parents and lived most of her life in Finland. Aini Niinkoti turned their life history into a book that includes her family images from the Finnish local newspapers, Godparents and family photos. The book tells more what makes some Namibians think that Finland is in Heaven or God is in Finland.
