About the Author

My name is Bobbie Pembrook. I am from South Carolina. I attended college in Sumter, South Carolina in 1974. I moved to Texas in 1976. I attended Midwestern University in 1978. I attended Prairie View College in 1982, and obtained my Master’s Degree in Counseling. Though my love for teaching at this time, overrides my writing, I am trying to write as much as I can as I teach. The Book titled “Love Is” was conceived in 2003. It was a work of love for the glory of God. This book is about the gift of love that God gave to human beings. I am not an expert on the subject of love, but I do know that if God is love and he tells us by His word that love is of God. My hobbies are writing and horticulture (working with plants.) My goal is to eventually just write.
