About the Author
About the Authors; What started out as a fun college project for Rachael soon became a mother-daughter activity that became a finished children’s book for all to enjoy. Rachael Darby is a recent graduate of Westmont College, majoring in Liberal Studies. She loves working with children and has taken many trips to Honduras to work with orphans there. Rachael plans to teach elementary school and looks forward to using her creativity to inspire children to learn. Lisa Darby has worked for the past 14 years at Ventura County Christian school as a teacher/administrator in California and is now looking forward to authoring many more children’s stories. She is happily married to John Darby and they have four children. The entire family loves to be creative and they spend a lot of time together, playing games, dreaming up new ideas and enjoying family life in general.
