About the Book

This book is the experiences of a young woman from a quaint Island Settlement, starting a career by entering the school of Nursing, which had taken her into a city setting. She fell in love with a very handsome young man soon after her arrival into the city. She became pregnant by the end of the first year which was against the rules and regulations of the nursing institution. Because of this, she was given the alternative to have an abortion or leave the profession, she chose the later. Due to the pregnancy, the couple got married before the chosen wedding date. On the day of the ceremony, a persistent inner voice told her not to go through with the marriage. She ignored the warnings and therefore encountered seventeen years of turmoil. (hell on earth)

About the Author

Rosethel Bowe Mcphee, affectionately known as 'Rosie', resides in the quiet quaint settlement of Wemyss Bight on the southern end of Eleuthera Island in The Commonwealth of the Bahamas. A thirty- one year veteran Trained Clinical Nurse, who assists in Primary Nursing Care for people in six neighboring communities. She has been married to Mr. Ronald Mcphee for the past ten years and is the proud mother of five wonderful children, four daughters and one son. She is a born again Christian and has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. A member of the Assemblies of God church, she serves as assistant Woman’s President. Rosie has a heart for people who are hurting especially women and takes every opportunity to speak to church groups, conferences, schools and individuals.
