High, high in the Sky

About the Book

The inspiration for this book came from my daughter, Sydney when she was two years old. We were at my office one day, getting out of the car. Sydney had a pink balloon with her and when I opened the door to get out; the balloon sailed out of the car and into the sky. Sydney studied the event and just said, “Mommy! Balloon, is high, high in the sky!” I knew right then that I would write about it.

About the Author

I was born in California in 1974 and moved to Arkansas in early 1980 with my dad and two sisters. I married my high school sweetheart, Ray and together we have a daughter, Sydney. I have been in the banking industry for over 10 years and enjoy writing and illustrating in my “spare” time. Ray, you and Sydney are my true inspirations. Thank you Lord for all of your blessings!
