There is a poem in this book to which everyone can relate, though most of them are based on my personal feelings, life changes and experiences. Writing this book was very therapeutic for me,it has allowed me to express my emotions and at the same time I was able to show my creative side. About the Author

I Jenny Deane-Bow currently resides in the United Sates of America. I am originally from the island of Barbados in the West Indies. I was educated at the Bayley’s Primary School and the Industry High School in Barbados and it is there where I first gained an interest in literature. I was always fascinated by the reading of poems and great poets. Poetry has allow me to express my creativity and it was always a dream of mine to one day publish a book. This has now become a reality.
