About the Author

Inspired by beauty and constant change in my life is the inspiration of my poems and poetry. Embracing the urge to create is also inspired by the need to make life comfortable and encompass a visual peaceful environment. The ability to envision ideas or thoughts has constantly allowed me to satisfy family, friends, clients, and art lovers’ and on lookers. Creating brings a sense of balance in life producing unique pictures; expressing ideas and actually receiving gracious praise of the works is quiet stimulating. I am glad to have a part in creating objects of art that bring sheer utter joy to people is gratifying. I have an insatiable appetite to paint, using brilliant colors. Writing allows me free expression as I interpret the world around me. Since I started journaling it’s been over 20 years. Working in the youth art programs poetry and poems are always incorporated into art lessons and the families really enjoy themselves. Sharing my works of poetry and art has bought so much joy to me and others; that I was inspired to create my book. The new art direction I’m headed in is the art of storytelling thru my paintings.
