About the Book

A little girl uses her check list to complete her morning routine. With each checked task, she becomes a little more independent. Her desire is to make her mommy proud while giving mom more time to do other ‘mommy’ things.

About the Author

T. Denise Warner originally from Nassau, Bahamas, moved to Tampa, Fl in 1996. Denise has been an active member in the church since 1999, serving in several ministries, Music & Performing Arts, Sound Ministry, Volunteer Ministry, Visitors/Hostess and Children Ministries. She enjoys using her creative gifts at church. She is the mother of three (3) daughters, Tamika, Tyra and Tia. She was inspired to write children’s books while working for a wholesale book distributor in the early 90’s. One author in particular that inspired her was Eric Carle’s The Very Hungry Caterpillar. She is also inspired by the work of world renowned author Maya Angelou. As a single parent and Christian mother she tries to instill Godly values in her children. In an attempt to train her youngest daughter, Tia to become more independent, she created a check list which later developed in her first book. There are so many more books to come from this author!
