Follow along as Grandmamma and her sweet grandchildren follow the scent of lavender to Wetopia in Fairy Tales and Pixie Trails, first in the series: Tell Me More Grandmamma—Tell Me More. You may note that Grandmamma” has the French spelling since one of the adventures lands the protagonist in southern France. But, that is not the only place you will travel the time tunnels to. Yes, it’s going to be a fun set of adventures and one-on-one time with your own children, grandchildren or little friends. Read, laugh, sing, imagine—twirl through the time tunnels to places all over the world and dive deeper into a surreal world as each future novella unravels the mysterious utopian secrets of coexisting fairies and pixies. About the Author

Bringing her love of nature, dance and the imaginary world of time travel to the table, Watson’s written works are uniquely compelling and her visual works create a unique sensual experience steeped in movement. Watson has the rare ability to write for multi-generational audiences, making the works wholesome for families to share. Adults can enjoy reading aloud the stories to the special children in their lives and share the wholesome adventures, while children hear the richness of rhetoric and the rhythm of spoken words while developing an awareness of the world through contextual clues. They are also able to relate to her textural paintings and drawings to stir their imagination. Watson’s background includes ballet dancing as a young adult while attending junior college at Tallahassee Community College and earning an Associate in Arts Degree with a Studio Arts concentration. Upon graduation, she enlisted in the United States Navy and rose through the ranks to Petty Officer First Class. During her career, she was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal and the Good Conduct awards in addition to numerous ribbons and certificates. Honorably discharged in 1990, Watson went on to complete her education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She graduated Magna cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Writing, with a minor in Secondary Education; and, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pre-Teaching Arts with a minor in Holistic Education, 1995. Then, she continued to graduate school where she earned a Master of Science Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, graduating with a 4.0/4.0 GPA, 1996. She was inducted in Pi Lambda Theta and Awarded the Outstanding Graduate Student Award, spring 1996. She was also inducted in Phi Kappa Phi during her graduate year. Following her heart, she moved to Texas and taught as a certified Teacher for 10 years and was rewarded for her work immeasurably. Since her teaching tenure, Watson has been creating art work and starting to work on getting her stories and poetry in print. She also composes music and has written a number of tunes specifically for this book, should it ever go to audio, stage or cinema. Currently, Watson has works in collections globally and a few pieces on permanent exhibition where the public can enjoy them.
