Marcy's First Day of School takes readers through the journey of entering the new world of "school," shared from the perspective of a four year old. This book creates an easy and comforting explanation for both parents and educators alike to share with young students as each of them become acquainted with the first days of school.

About the Author

Marcella Gutierrez Arredondo has been teaching pre-kindergarten for over ten years and, during this time, has been inspired to create this book to help parents, young children, and educators prepare for the new chapter in their lives called school. She hopes all readers, young and old, are comforted by the fun and inquisitive knowledge contained in this book. Marcella currently resides in Houston, Texas with her husband.
