About the Author

Melanie Henderson was born in the hills of Eastern Kentucky. She was educated at Western Kentucky University. She studied music, science and Exceptional Child Education. She is a retired Special Education teacher residing in Kentucky. She has two daughters and a grandson all residing in Florida.
