About the Book
I owe all that I am or may come to be to my father. We shared a love for horses. The black horse represents my love for my dad. Even though extremely poor, he worked hard to provide me with a pony as a child ages 7-12, and then with a horse at age 14. I always rode alone in the woods where it was peaceful and I could think and dream. Without his sacrifice for me, I don’t know who I would be. I’ve always been known for being a dreamer, and thus I shall always be.
Thank you Dad.
In Memory.
