About the Book

Sweet Pomchu is the title of a cute little children's book that follows the adventures of Paula, a young Brazilian girl who comes to the Big Apple and befriends a cat named Pomchu. Paula arrives at her apartment after her flight and cab ride only to find a little kitty cat right at the door. Both are startled. Paula is afraid of animals, and Pomchu is scared of humans.

About the Author

I was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and grew up reading Monica, Cebolinha, and Cascao cartoons. To me cartoons were always alive. That is one of the reasons why I always wrote to children—to make them laugh. I lived in Switzerland then came to the USA and studied at Columbia College. It was sometime after that I decided to put my ideas into paper and publish it! I hope you enjoy it!
