About the Author

Dr. Stephen B. Oladipo is a policy analyst, a trained journalist, an educator and a certified investigator. As a research-expert, he has served severally as a team-member in some of World Health Organization (WHO)’s research projects in Africa. He has been a research committee-member in many UNICEF, UNFPA and Population Council’s research projects in Nigeria, Africa. As a scholar, he is well published with about twenty-two (22) educational books aside international journals to his credit. Some of his books have once been approved for use within the school system in his country of origin. He attained a Doctorate degree in Criminology with specialty on insurgence-diagnosis. His decade plus experience as a security-agent equally contributed immensely to his depth of understanding in security related matters. He is currently advancing his career within the borders of the United States of America.
