About the Author
Born on the island of Jamaica, Richard M. White migrated to the Cayman Islands at age 11 and later to the United States at age 17 where he pursued a career in accounting for the past 30 years and presently holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant. Richard is presently a senior pastor for a Seventh-day Adventist church in Houston Texas, holds a master in divinity and business administration. He is presently completing a doctorate in divinity at Andrews University in Berrien Spring, Michigan. His hobbies are writing children’s books, reading, drawing, and jogging. He and his wife, Hope, a registered nurse, presently reside in Houston, Texas. They have four children: Krystel, Rolanzo, Royel, and Raeanne. Richard’s desire to write children’s books is based on his love for children and to see them smile while learning life’s little lessons.
