About the Book

These recipes are intended to help the beginning cook build confidence in the kitchen and prepare home style or restaurant style meals at a fraction of the cost in most cases. Catering, private, and corporate cooking have influenced all the recipes I have chosen for this small collection of who I am, fresh, clean, bright and colorful. I am very pleased when I can easily make it taste better than the so-called original. I make them fresher, tastier, and most definitely in a clean atmosphere! You save money, time, and in some cases, a hospital visit! Home and Away prices will be listed under menu items. Just like your favorite sports team, usually you have a better chance and win at home and then there are times when you have to go away to “pay” play and you may lose.
