About the Book

This volume is offered to readers as a series of personal and random reminiscences and reflections—sometimes rambling, sometimes serious, and sometimes more lighthearted. The book contains a number of cameos spanning fifty-seven years, a number that is of particular significance in my life. Sorry to keep you in suspense; perhaps in the next book, all will be revealed!

About the Author

Born in March 1955, Martyn was brought up and educated in Bristol, England, a city in the south west of the country. From 1977 he worked as a teacher in London and lives in East Finchley, a suburb in the north west of the metropolis. Now retired, he is still very busy as a church musician, and thoroughly enjoys photography and travel.
