About the Author

Brenda is married to the love of her life, Tim. She is the mother of six sons and one daughter, and seven grandchildren. Brenda and her husband serve as one of the greatest cities champions in providing homes for disabled veterans. She and her husband are founders of HENRY HOPE FOUNDATION ~ Providing refuge and a safe place with services for sex trafficking victims. Brenda is a nurse and a national pageantry judge. She enjoys cooking, traveling and most of all spending time with her family. She was the former Vice President for American Red Cross. Brenda believes that every individual has the strength they need to survive and thrive through the most difficult situations of life ~ Philippians 4:13 NKJV ~ I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. This is Brenda’s favorite verse – one that she has held steadfast through difficult times in her life. It’s just about recognizing strength and regaining control of our own behavior and emotions. Most of all always looking for the good in every situation and leaning to our Lord for guidance throughout our life.
