McKenzy Ashby is a writer and poet born in Louisville, Kentucky . McKenzy moved to Shelbyville, Kentucky to live with her grandmother when she was thirteen years old. When McKenzy turned fourteen years old.she started writing poetry. Since then she has written over five hundred poems.
