Rooted in the ongoing and ever-changing interplay of the author’s life and mother tongue, the poems in this anthology touch on a variety of themes including spirituality, intimacy, identity, loss. Some of these poems are based on poetic material written by the author in the late 1960s, while some of the poems are entirely new.
