About the Book

A Book of Hope is intended to help those bereaved by suicide to realise that they are not alone in their feelings and emotions. Suicide grief is complex, with many mixed emotions. The loss leaves a very deep wound.

A Book of Hope is also intended to help those experiencing adversity of any kind. There are subtle messages of inspiration for all readers. I share information about my journey, healing, and ongoing transformation. Perhaps one small detail will become part of someone else’s survival guide.

When we are ready to embrace our emotions, healing can begin; arousing the part of us where calmness and peace resides so that harmony can be restored into our lives.

When the world feels harsh and punishing

Never give up hope

Believe in life

Believe in you

And be sure that grace will follow

About the Author

From a young age, Sharon had an awareness that there was more to life than the physical, materialistic world.

Sharon worked successfully in her career as an executive PA, with vast experience across diverse businesses in London.

In 2004, reiki opened up doorways for her to explore more about spiritual development, healing, psychospiritual and metaphysical philosophies. Sharon is qualified in hypnotherapy, past life regression, Egyptian Sekhem, and metaphysical & spiritual counselling.

Sharon’s journey of spiritual awakening was heightened during a trip to Egypt in 2008. Tragedy and trauma followed.

Having been through some extremely challenging life experiences and a journey of discovery and healing, Sharon was inspired to share her story to assist those who may be pondering what life is all about; subtly reminding them of their true spiritual essence of simplicity and love.
