About the Author

HF Beaumont, landscaper, , project manager , wood worker, baker, grandfather and now an author has written various letters and proposals in the past. He has estimated for single-family homes and Disneyland, commercial and industrial complexes, housing tracts, hotels, shopping malls, parks and highways. All these required numerous correspondence covering a broad spectrum. While serving his country, he was an order writer and office clerk for the USMC and drafted during the Vietnam war.
