This cozy mystery is a work fiction set in the heartland. There is no resemblance to any persons, living or dead. Liam, a homicide detective who has returned to his home town to retire, suffers from Parkinson’s Disease like the author.  He has a young helper, Ames, who is an aspiring musician in a local band.
