About the Book

This collection explores a range of tough topics, such as sexual assault, anxiety and depression, relationships and societal pressures. The reader is guided through these challenges by the sun and the moon, who are always there to lead a helping hand.

About the Author

Sophie grew up on a farm in regional Western Australia and moved to Perth at 18, where she continues to study Nutrition and Health Promotion. In 2019, she launched The Peace Project with her sister, which promotes holistic health of individuals and of the environment. Aside from health, she’s always been passionate about writing poetry on the side!
