In Breathing Between Eyes, meditation is the frame of the book, awakening the body-mind communication. This train of thought executes the exercise of how words flow within the mind and projects them onto the raw feelings of emotional communication and reality. Positivity creates more silences rather than negativity to words of emotion in motion. Being a human being and a good person, positivity is more similar to rest rather than negativity to war. The positive focus of awareness within the body-mind communication ruthlessly annihilates negativity with silence. When positivity and negativity dance, the sound becomes positive communication and imagination within the silences of negativity. Breathing Between Eyes is the alchemy between communication, imagination, wisdom, and reality. These silences are within the warriorship of learning silence, making me as wise as the warrior.
