There is no rhyme or reason to the "numbering", so don't think I missed anything, but even with mismatched numbers on chapters, realize they are in chronical order, as the experience came along. I'm the author of "Around Town With Carole on Whitebriar Farm", centered in Burlington County New Jersey, our town Edgewater Park, being along the shores of the Delaware River, in South Jersey. My suggestion to you is to read books "Around Town With Carole on Whitebriar farm", on a day when you need "Uplifting", or "destressing". Just tuck your legs up under Grand Mother's afghann, sip on a cup of tea, with a cookie, I love cookies....and open this large Coffee table sized glossy book, with 100 color photos of those of us on the farm. Start to read, the story, and find yourself, being drawn into the animal pen with me, as I do my daily chores. Realize that each of these ducks, geese, turkeys, hens, roosters, chicks, ducklings, donkey and baby goats was give a gift by God. To the Duck He gave webbed feet but to the hen HE gave hard toes to dig in the soil for bugs and worms. Just with all God's creations, both two legged and four legged", HE gave them everything they need to be happy and successful. To humans as well, God gave you a gift. You must find that Gift, hone in on it, nourish it, and run with it and you too, will find the Peace that passeth all understanding.... You will find the Joy God will provide.. Well folks I got a call from the boy who helps me on the farm: "Come quick, I got a goat delivering a baby in front of me and something's wrong". Having had a breech birth and lost a mare and foul a decade ago, I threw my head up to God and yelled" Okay God, we don't know what we are doing but if you help we'd be real thankful", and with that we pulled and out popped our new baby goat and Mom is fine. The one leg was bent and kept her from extruding the baby till I reached in my hand and ran my finger around to find the shoulder. It was a tight fit and I prayed, I wouldn't tear the mom and loose her. But I turned to Dominic, and said: "See Dom, when you ask God he delivers"....in more ways than one....the boys eyes were big as saucers. Thus is the life on the farm. I just had this experience so it's not in Book ona or Book Two.....but maybe we'll call it a starter for Book 3. 609-433-**** Cioe to the Farm for our $50 one hour tour for the whole family, we don't count.
