About the Author

From the meager streets of his hometown, Gary, Indiana, to the heights of Fortune 50 corporations, Ed felt committed to what he sensed as obedience to God, that is to compile and complete this work. These words and the hearts of the men and women that have spoken them, brings to fulfillment a journey that he believes God placed him on almost three decades ago. Ed is proud of his upbringing as he calls it ... “under the Wings of Angels”…, his mother Mae Frances Bliss-Hill and his grandmother, Augusta Harris-Bliss, both a part of the 1940’s … “migration up from Mississippi”... into their pathway to a better life. Hill says ... “there were many roadblocks to bringing this book to completion. Some roadblocks I created and several came from spirits threatened by its release to the public. Choosing not to seek any profit for myself in this, the free distribution of this Text will likely surprise people, but this is what God told me to do.” It is the Author’s hope that ... some “one” or “many” others might someday be influenced and come to believe that the WORD OF GOD is free and designed to bring others to search it for their own lives.” Ed is the father of four adult children and eight grandchildren across the USA, literally, from coast to coast. He has lived in Indiana, Pennsylvania and Texas and looks forward to what God has yet before him. As a cancer survivor for over twenty years. Hill says that his battle has been a catalyst and motivator for almost everything he has accomplished since his diagnosis. He says that his personal relationship with God has grown more and more quickly, “due to the battles he’s been in and the victories God has won for him.” Hill’s spiritual and personal perspectives and these words from servants of God, leave us with an opportunity to look into our own hearts and minds, to learn and assess where we are in this life and who we’d like to be for eternity. His published books, which include Grace, Guts and Glory in America and Psalms of Bliss are in circulation for all to read. He believes that the steps and pathways to a life filled with the blessings of God have already been ordered, all we need do is be attune to the “Breath of Angels” all around us.
