One winter’s night ‘The Other little Fir Tree’ gathered courage and asked ‘The Little Fir Tree’ why he had ornaments every Christmas on his boughs and a beautiful shining star and she did not? ‘The Little Fir Tree,’ gave her such an explanation that ‘The Other Little Fir Tree,’ lifted her voice to the night sky and asked Santa Claus if she may have ornaments too! With great trepidation and hoping and Faith throughout the night, upon waking, ‘The Other Little Fir Tree’s,’ wish had come true. A visit from Santa Claus revealed the answer to her plea. And from then, there were two little Fir Trees shining like candles in the darkness!

About the Author

My name is Debbie Fuggle. I am married to James Fuggle who is a Lawyer. I have eight children - six girls and two boys. I live in the Far North Coast of N.S.W. I started writing as a result of a severe car accident which left me in wanting to give to my family something they had to remember me by. I started writing Debbie Dumplings Magical Adventures and this then led me to write the Two Little Fir Trees, even poems and a song. My mother, Patricia Mountier illustrates my book series ‘ Debbie Dumplings Magical Adventures. ’ It’s been an exciting journey full of joy, tears, tantrums in learning to edit and experience with in my family, church and book life. My Mother has been my guide and mentor without her knowledge, going to university and help I would not have achieved to where I am today.
