About the Author

Chris Hamilton I was born in Melbourne in 1947 and led a quiet existence until the death of her teenage daughter in 1990. From that time her life has been one of searching for truth—both in the spiritual world and in this one. She has been searching for the very reason of our existence through many, many books of a New Age and spiritual nature. This book is a consequence of that search. During this time she received guidance in the form of spiritual guides, one of which she later understood to be her guide, Astara. Her understanding is that the planet Earth herself is evolving, and the many references in her books to the changes on our planet, as well as within ourselves, is evidence of this evolvement.
